Home Sustainability Audit

In our Home Sustainability Audit, you will take an initial interest survey to pinpoint your areas of interest. You will receive an in-home, comprehensive sustainability assessment, where potential modifications will be identified to best fit your lifestyle. The audit could review energy, consumable items, reusable swaps, recycling, transportation, or landscaping. Areas of focus will be determined before the audit begins.
After the home audit, you will be sent a report with actionable steps you can take to be more sustainable in your home, tailored to your budget and lifestyle.

Reduce Clutter Consignment
Includes virtual consultation, in-home item selection, no-hassel internet listings, and profit sharing
With the Reduce Clutter Consignment services, we can sell unused items in your home. This service includes a complimentary virtual consultation to see if this service is right for you. If selected, this service includes in-home item selection and removal, no hassle-internet listings, and profit sharing. It doesn't cost you any money and will yield you 40% of the revenue from sales.
Ecomorphosis will select at our best discretion items that are most likely to sell. Ecomorphosis will consider your items for resale if you have at least 20 items and up to a carload (medium SUV amount) of items maximum. If you have more than the maximum amount of items for resale at one time, then Ecomorphosis can discuss multiple separate consignment periods.

After the 90 day consignment period, anything that does not sell will be the property of Ecomorphosis LLC unless otherwise specified. Those items will get highly reduced to be sold, recycled, upcycled, donated, or as a last resort thrown away.
